Refund and Return Policy

Perfumers Club strives to deliver best shopping and perfume experience to its customers. Since opened or used perfume products cannot be re-used or re-sold, we do not accept returns.

However, in extreme situations where damaged product is delivered including leakage, broken or missing items due to shipping, a refund or exchange can be provided. Please provide video and pictures as proof for verification of the policy.

If the product is damaged after receiving it or while using it, it is not covered under this policy. Since perfume products may contain active ingredients, a patch test is always suggested to avoid allergies and it is also not covered under return or refund policy. If you are allergic to certain ingredients, it is best to inform the customer support in advance. They can suggest whether you should buy the product or not.

Cancellation Policy:

 All orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched from the warehouse. A nominal charge of 2.5% will be charged against order cancellation.

Once the cancellation is processed successfully, you will receive the message. Refund will be made to the original payment source within 15 business days.

However, if the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. An amount of Rs. 75 will be deducted for cancellation of orders after they are shipped and returned to the seller.

Refund Policy:

Perfumers Club is not responsible for any damage after the product is delivered. For entertaining any claims after the delivery of product, an unboxing video is mandatory along with pictures. Any claims of missing items, leakage, wrong product, breakage or damage will not be entertained without proof.

Please do not accept any tampered/ defected or damaged packages from delivery partner. If you have not received the product and it is marked as delivered, contact us immediately within 3 days of it being marked delivered. Refund request will not be entertained after this period.

Refund amount does not include delivery charges.

Refund on COD payments are made to bank account provided by customer in 4-7 business days.

Refund is credited within 15 business days. Transaction Id will be provided once it is initiated.
